THE FABRIC OF FRIENDSHIP

This is a frame i decorated for my friend for her Birthday.
I decopatched the frame with real paper pattern pieces. Stamped the background then overlayed the acetate.
Using a mix of dies(sizzix-quickutz-spellbinder) and the cricut,I arranged cogs, buttons and sewing themed things to create the picture.
I used a stampin up sentiment The fabric of friendship, for the card on the frame.
I really enjoyed making this for her so much i made one for myself too. I have never entered any challenges before so i am entering  Anything But a Card   'Things with wings'
(I hope i have finally managed to post this as it should be)
I recently said give me a glue stick and scissors i will play all day.  Give me a lap top and a mouse i will cause all kinds of havoc.

  1. Hi Nelle, this is gorgeous, I love the way you have done the frame, all the elements in the picture go so well together, the skirt using the birdcage die is so lovely and the wings are stunning. I would want to keep one of these too, if I were you, so well done for making two. Hugs, Anne x
